We accept cash, check, or credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, or American Express). We prefer cash or check when possible. Credit cards are accepted for pre-payment of services and gift certificate purchases over the phone. Prices are subject to change, so be sure to confirm price when making your appointment.Appointment Policy
To ensure your preferred times, we recommend you make reservations several days in advance. Same day appointments may be available. You can call to schedule an appointment or you can book online by clicking on the BOOK NOW button on the right-hand side of the page. We recommend that clients schedule their next massage or other service before leaving, so bring your calendar. You will receive a confirmation email or text that your appointment has been booked and a reminder email or text the day before your appointment.Punctuality
For leisurely enjoyment of your full treatment, first-time clients please arrive about 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time so you can fill out forms, use the restroom, and start relaxing before your service. All returning clients please arrive about 5 minutes early. We want you to experience the full session time and to be able to talk with you before and after every session in order to get updated on what is going on with your body and to discuss a plan to meet your goals. So please try to arrive on time. We do have some cushion time to allow for extenuating circumstances, but please know that if you arrive really late, you will be charged for the entire session and may only receive the remainder of the scheduled time for your session, especially if there are scheduled sessions after yours.Cancellation Policy
Treatments are reserved specifically for your needs based on availability. The room and products are prepared for each service according to the scheduled appointments for that day. In order to best accommodate your requests, we appreciate a 24-hour notification for any changes or cancellations. We regret that a lack of 24-hour notice of cancellation or no-shows will result in full billing of your service. You will be sent an email or text reminder the day before your appointment so hopefully this will not be a problem.
Parking is plentiful in the back of the Healing Arts Center, just please park to the left behind our little blue building. The entrance is in the back. Do not park next to Floored.Quality Service
Our success is built on service. To ensure that every client receives the treatment he/she wants or needs, we will consult with and listen to each client before each service. Confidential medical history and personal information intake forms will also need to be filled out and updated periodically in order for us to better serve you. During your treatment let your massage therapist know if you feel any discomfort or would like special attention on a particular area.Pregnancy Safety Policy
Please note, all massage and body treatments are NOT recommended during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy or at any time for high risk pregnancies. You may want to consult your doctor before making an appointment and in some cases a doctor recommendation may be required before any services. When booking an appointment, be sure to let us know how many weeks you are into your pregancy and your due date.Gratuities
