We are currently open Monday through Friday 9am - 3:30pm by appointment only. We do not accept walk-ins.
Methods of PaymentWe accept cash, Venmo, check, or credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, or American Express). We prefer cash. Next preference is Venmo or check, so we do not have to pay the credit card fees. Venmo and credit cards are accepted for pre-payment of services and gift certificate purchases over the phone. Prices are subject to change, so be sure to confirm price when making your appointment.
Appointment PolicyTo ensure your preferred times, we recommend you make reservations several weeks in advance. Same day appointments may be available. Communication is best done through text to schedule an appointment. Our hours are currently Monday through Friday 9am - 3:30pm by appointment only. We do not accept walk-ins. You will receive a confirmation email or text that your appointment has been booked and a reminder email the day before your appointment.
PunctualityFor leisurely enjoyment of your full treatment, clients please arrive about 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time so we can do the necessary COVID-19 screening procedures. If you arrive late, your session will be shortened accordingly. If you do not fill out paperwork before your appointment, your appointment may be rescheduled.
Intake FormsALL clients will need to fill out the COVID-19 Release Form before EVERY session. An Intake Form needs to be filled out for all new clients and periodically updated for returning clients.
Cancellation PolicyCancellations are permitted without penalty up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time. In the event that a client develops symptoms of COVID-19 within this 12 hour period, cancellation fees may be waived, but only if client provides notice as soon as reasonably possible. No-shows and cancellations within the 12 hour period will be charged 50% of the non-discounted service price. You will be sent an email or text reminder the day before your appointment so hopefully this will not be a problem.
Parking
Parking is available on the street or occassionally in the driveway.
Quality ServiceOur success is built on service. To ensure that every client receives the treatment he/she wants or needs, we will consult with and listen to each client before each service. Confidential medical history and personal information intake forms will also need to be filled out and updated periodically in order for us to better serve you. During your treatment let your massage therapist know if you feel any discomfort or would like special attention on a particular area.
Pregnancy Safety PolicyPlease note, all massage and body treatments are NOT recommended during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy or at any time for high risk pregnancies. You may want to consult your doctor before making an appointment and in some cases a doctor recommendation may be required before any services. When booking an appointment, be sure to let us know how many weeks you are into your pregancy and your due date.
GratuitiesOur prices do not include gratuities. It is customary to provide your massage therapist a 15-20% gratuity if you were happy with the services provided. Feel free to provide larger gratuities for exceptional service.
